- Q. What are the prizes for this promotion?
- A. One 7-Night Caribbean Disney Cruise Line vacation for four (4) persons to be taken aboard the Disney Fantasy plus air travel on Southwest Airlines. Vacation must be booked at least 45 days prior to the intended travel dates and must be taken prior to February 16th, 2021 aboard the Disney Fantasy (at the discretion of Disney Cruise Line). Please go to www.disneycruise.com to view available sail dates. • Travel Dates: February 15, 2020 - February 15, 2021 • Blockout Dates: May 30, 2020; June 6, 13, 20 and 27, 2020; July 6, 11, 18 and 25, 2020; August 1, 2020; December 19 and 26, 2020
- Q. How many times can I enter the promotion?
- A. You may enter and earn one (1) sweepstakes entry per day. You can earn extra sweepstakes entries by referral. Invite your friends by sharing on Twitter or Facebook via the buttons provided on the site. When your referral registers, you'll earn one (1) bonus entry. You can earn three (3) bonus entries per day. Posts must include the hashtag #SetSailSweepstakes for entry to be valid.
- Q. How will I know if I'm the big sweepstakes winner?
- A. The grand prize drawing will be held on or around February 8, 2020. The winner will be notified via email from the contact information provided upon registration. Once the winner is confirmed and prizes are fulfilled, an official win list will be posted. A direct link to this list can be found in the Official Rules
- Q. I got a message that I've already entered today, but I haven't. What should I do?
- A. Make sure you are visiting https://southwest.promo.eprize.com/setsailsweeps/ directly rather than a bookmarked page in your browser. Also, please try to clear cookies and cache on your internet browser.
- Q. I have recently moved or updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this promotion?
- A. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the number of entries we receive in each promotion, we are unable to change registration information. If you do win a prize during the promotional period and your contact information does change, contact email@example.com.
- Q. Why can't I use my P.O. Box address to register or claim my prize?
- A. Your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.
