- Q. How do I play the instant win game?
- A. If you have Flash installed on your computer, follow the on-screen instructions on the game page to find out if you won.
If you do not have Flash 9, hit "Click here" to be taken to a page to see if you are a potential winner. Having Flash will not increase your chance of winning.
If you are a potential winner, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to claim your prize. - Q. How will I know if I'm the sweepstakes winner?
- A. The grand prize drawing will be held on or around October 19, 2009. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided upon registration.
- Q. I won the instant win game, but never received an e-mail with more details. What should I do?
- A. To ensure you receive e-mails, add fulfillment@eprizefulfillment.com to your address book. Learn how. Fill out the form below to let us know you didn’t receive your win e-mail.
- Q. How old do I have to be to participate?
- A. According to the Official Rules, you must be at least 18 to participate in this promotion.
- Q. Why can’t I use my P.O. Box address on the registration form?
- A. Our shipping service cannot ship any prizes to a P.O. Box, so if you’re identified as a winner, we’d need to send the prize to your home. Also, your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.
